1. 48-Hour Live Plant Guarantee

In the rare event that a plant arrives severely damaged, snapped, or in poor health, simply take an unboxing photo or 15-second video within 48 hours of delivery and email it to rajgrowhomegarden@gmail.com.

2. Replacements & Refunds

Upon verification, we will promptly dispatch a brand new replacement plant free of cost or issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.
